DB_Enter
has a very similar interface to Mailer. The first
line shows the status of the program. The Last
File Processed box shows the last file that DB_Enter
worked with. The Time and Date of Last box shows
the time and date of the last file worked with.
The Total Files shows the total number of files
processed since this instance of the program
started. Total Err's allows you to see the number
of errors since the last time the Reset Errors
button was clicked. Pressing the Reset Errors
button resets Total Err's to zero. Checking the
File Drop Notify box tells DB_Enter to notify
you when files appear in the incoming directory.
If selected, an audible announcement will play
when the files arrive. Show Log will open dblog.txt
in WordPad. Delete Log will delete dblog.txt.
If you would like to run the program immediately,
click Go Now.
DB_Enter
will exit if a file called STOP.IT appears
in the Incoming directory. If DB_Enter sees
a file that starts with ~wait, it will wait
for other processes to finish.
The
parameters to run DB_Enter is all kept in the
_DBPARAMETERS table. |
