Configuration

Click the Configuration button on the main request screen. Enter the path to the incoming and outgoing directories. You can browse your drives by clicking the box next to each path. Set the path where your Microsoft Excelâ spreadsheets should be saved in the same manor.

Selecting Request output

Your request may be sent in several ways. You may select one or more of these methods by clicking the box next to the methods listed in the Request Output area of the main request screen.

The methods for sending the request are:

1. Direct Link to Database -send request information directly to database

2. Db_Enter (Internal) - save request information as a text file in the incoming directory

3. Db_Enter (Remote) - save request information as a text file in the outgoing directory where it is sent to a vendor

4. Email Notify (Text File) - send request information to all users with notify checked in the contacts table

5. Excel Spreadsheet - send request information to an Excel spreadsheet.
